Foster Application Form

1 - All Foster cats/kittens must remain indoors only.

2 - Foster dogs/puppies must be walked (if old enough) on a leash at all times unless they are housed in a securely fenced area.

3 - Dog/puppies must not be kept outdoors for longer than 2 hours at a time.

4 - Please remember that anyone wishing to adopt any foster animal (including the foster parents) must go through the full application process.

5 - In case of emergency, the foster parent must contact the Foster Coordinator or the Executive Director before seeking outside assistance.
