Volunteer Form

**Please keep in mind that any child over the age of 8 may participate in volunteering. However, any child under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Anyone under the age of 18 years old is not permitted to handle animals directly.** If you are the parent of an underage child that wishes to volunteer, please fill out the CHILD information required.
