NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING
GRAND STRAND HUMANE SOCIETY, INC.
This document serves as notice that Grand Strand Humane Society will hold its Annual Members Meeting at 6 pm on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024 at the South Atlantic Bank branch in Towne Center located at 3990 River Oaks Drive (entrance in the rear of the building) for the purposes outlined below.
- During this meeting you will (i) hear our 2024 year in review, presented by our Executive Director, Jess Wnuk, (ii) learn what’s currently going on at the shelter and (iii) hear our plans for 2025 and beyond.
- This is also an opportunity for the public to ask any questions they may have or share any concerns.

*Please remember that in order to vote on any issue you must be up to date with your membership dues at least 5 days prior to the Annual Members Meeting (such deadline date and time being Nov. 15th at 6:00 PM). If you need to renew your annual membership or want to join as a member, you may do so by following the provided link below which will take you to the Membership page on our website. There, you can submit the online Membership Application and pay your dues at that time. Please note that by becoming a member you are entitled to voting privileges at the Annual Members Meeting and other perks as outlined in the different membership levels.
