Starting March 1, 2024 our open adoptions days for dogs at 3241 Mr. Joe White Ave., will be Fridays through Tuesdays from 12 pm – 6 pm (excluding holidays).

Normal adoption fees and application criteria will still apply but appointments are not necessary. We will require anyone wishing to meet any of our dogs to fill out an application and become approved before working with our counselor to find the right fit for your home and family. Be sure to visit our Petfinder page to see many of the dogs we currently have available for adoption. You may either fill out your application on arrival or submit an online application in advance of visiting us at this location. Online applications for open hour adoptions should be submitted at least the day before you plan to visit.

We will still offer adoption appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays but online applications must be submitted to request an appointment on one of these days.

We are doing our best to make dog adoptions easier for our community under our current challenging circumstances. Because we need to focus on serious adopters during the open adoption hours we are unable to allow people wishing to walk-through the kennels only.
